Waterford Glen (WG) is a well-priced, comfortable neighborhood right off Route 1 and Center Street in Apex.
Relative to the area, you get good bang for the buck in Waterford Glen. The houses are spacious and range from 2 to 15 years old. The community has a private pool.
It has great schools, close access to highways, and you’ll save tens of thousands of dollars because it’s not in Cary.
