Preston Village was developed from 1994-2005.  Among the builders in Preston Village are John Wieland Homes, Toll Brothers, and Sunstar Homes.   Preston Village homes include 4 to 5 bedrooms, bonus rooms, 3 to 4 full baths, walk up finished attics, basements and fireplaces. The square footage of the homes in this community range from approximately 2600-4300 square feet. Preston Village has fabulous large and private lots. Many lots are a ½ acre or larger.

School assignments for the Preston Village community can be determined through Wake County’s public school website .

Home sales currently fall in the $419,000-$695,000 range. Property taxes are approximately 1% of the property’s assessed Tax Value. Preston Village has a Homeowners Association.  HOA dues are approximately $390 annually.
