I was wondering who runs the operations of the pool and if there are any lifeguards there. Sorry, I am really picky when it comes to pools.

Darren,

It appears to be an HOA function.
I believe the property manager is Charleston Management, 919.847.3003 and they should be able to fill you in on the details.

I hope that helps.

Mike

I live in Bishops Gate. There are no lifeguards at the pool.

I wonder how close the train track is from Bishops Gate. I am moving in around holidays and concern about the noise that might come from the train …please reply

Smita,
Look at the map.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=+royal+tower+way+cary,+nc+27513&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=84.046167,108.28125&ie=UTF8&ll=35.767112,-78.837805&spn=0.011004,0.013218&t=h&z=16
The tracks are along Davis Drive, and they are not very busy. There is a train in the morning and a train in the evening/night. It is slow, but does blow the horn for crossings.

If you look below the south end of the map, you will see the tracks along Old Apex Road. This is a main line for CSX and Amtrak, and trains are more frequent, and run up to 60 miles per hour. The horn and rumble may be more intrusive than the Davis Drive track, but still shouldn’t be an impact.
This is information a real estate agent routinely gives to a client. I’m sorry you had to worry about it.

I live on Churchview St. directly in front of the train tracks (I’m talking the tracks were 100 ft from the house) and you can obviously hear the train, but it is never disruptive and never wakes me at night. Hope it helps!

I live in BG, but was wondering if someone could give me an estimate of how many people live in the Olde Salem/Bishop’s Gate area ( both neighborhoods combined)

This is for a crucial project.

Thanks!
