There is a train in the morning and a train in the evening/night. It is slow, but does blow the horn for crossings. If you look below the south end of the map, you will see the tracks along Old Apex Road. This is a main line for CSX and Amtrak, and trains are more frequent, and run up to 60 miles per hour. The horn and rumble may be more intrusive than the Davis Drive track, but still shouldn't be an impact. This is information a real estate agent routinely gives to a client.
