Ambience: Wooded ambiance in Cary

Cary, NC, Ambience Cary, NC, Ambience Cary, NC, Ambience

Ambience in Cary, NC is a small subdivision near the intersection of Tryon Road and Kildaire Farm Road.  Ambience was built out in the 1980’s and 1990’s, with custom homes on verdant wooded lots of 1/2 acre and more.  This location offers easy access to all  Cary amenities, and allows a quick commute to Raleigh, NC and North Carolina State University.

Ambience homes tend to be traditional in design, although there are also  contemporary-style homes in the neighborhood.  4 or 5  bedrooms with 2.5 to 3.5 baths are common, with homes ranging from 2500 to over 3500 square feet.  The most recent sale was nearly 2 years ago.  Similar to many Cary neighborhoods, residents  in Ambience seem to put down roots.  I would predict that most homes in Ambience would fetch prices in the $400,000’s and up if sold today.
