Evergreen is a small affordable community of single family homes in Cary, NC. Evergreen is situated north of the intersection of the Cary Parkway and Old Apex Road. Entrance to the neighborhood is from SW Cary Parkway.
Towering Leyland Cypresses flank the entrance to Evergreen.
The North Carolina State Capitol, Raleigh is a 20 minute drive. The commute to the Research Triangle Park, “RTP,” is about the same. Drive-time traffic may lengthen commutes.

The neighborhood was developed and built in the late 1980’s by New Fortis Homes, now a division of K Hovnanian. Evergreen is laid out in culdesacs. The absence of through streets, keeps traffic calm and the neighborhood quiet.
