Crockett’s Ridge in Apex, North Carolina is a newer subdivision in a convenient rural location. 

Commuting to Raleigh, or Cary is done with ease.  Built by KHovnanian Homes, Crockett’s Ridge features great square footage for the price to folks who need affordable space.  With a new phase, new homes are available.  Homes range between 1800 and 3800 square feet and sell in the mid to high-$200,000’s, and some well above $300,000.
