This unique condominium neighborhood is located off of Edward Mills Road and is close to Rex Hospital, Umstead Park, Crabtree Valley Mall, the RBC Center, downtown Raleigh, the North Carolina Museum of Art, NC State University, North Carolina State Fairgrounds, and a host of other amenities.

Most Mill Ridge units were built in the mid 1980’s and the larger units are located in a multi-unit setting. With their square footage at around 850 square feet, they feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, gas log fireplaces, full kitchens, patios (on lower floors) and decks (on upper floors). The detached units are a little less than 600 square feet and feature one large bedroom, one bathroom, living/dining room combo and full kitchen. These units all have large decks, adding additional “outdoor” square footage as well since they can be used almost year round and a storage area underneath the unit.
