If you are looking for a great investment property or an affordable home in very close proximity to I-40 and I-440, then Mill Ridge in Raleigh, NC, is a great option.
This unique condominium neighborhood is located off of Edward Mills Road and is close to Rex Hospital, Umstead Park, Crabtree Valley Mall, the RBC Center, downtown Raleigh, the North Carolina Museum of Art, NC State University, North Carolina State Fairgrounds, and a host of other amenities.
Most Mill Ridge units were built in the mid 1980’s and the larger units are located in a multi-unit setting.
