Rue Sans Famille is close to major shopping areas like Cameron Village or Crabtree Valley Mall; a fine medical facility, Rex Hospital, and is literally a jump away from the highway if you are commuting to RTP, or Cary.

The neighborhood was developed in the late 70’s and early 80’s.  Rue Sans Famille homes sit upon heavily wooded lots and the architecture ranges from typical ranch style homes to single story modern designs.  Many homes feature cedar siding that was popular during this time period (and still desirable even today). There are some two-story homes in Rue Sans Famille and you may even find a couple of passive solar homes in the neighborhood as well.
