Westridge is a community of single family homes located off of Trenton Road in the western section of Raleigh, NC.
Westridge is very close to I-440, I-40, SAS Institute, and the RBC Center as well as major shopping areas like Crabtree Valley Mall. Access to downtown Raleigh, and NC State University is easy.
Traditional, contemporary, and transitional styles are represented in Westridge homes. Homes were built between 1996 and 2003 and are comprised of brick, siding and some stone accents. The homes are one and two stories and feature 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths, 2 car garages, and sit on generously sized wooded lots. Typical homes in this neighborhood range in size from 1900+ square feet up to 3200 square feet.
Westridge is outside of Raleigh’s city limits. Therefore, there are no city taxes. Wake County property taxes are currently under assessment, but have been approximately .678% of the property’s assessed tax value.
Schools are managed at the county level. School assignments for the Westridge community are determined by the Wake County Public School system and can be checked at their web site.
Home prices in most recent sales have ranged from the $290’s up to the mid $500’s.
